Exchange and Repair Policies

1. Three Guarantees

Dear Customers,
Thank you for choosing our products and services from WANWAY TECH. We will provide you with after-sales service based on this service policy.
Three Guarantees Service: In order to protect your rights of “repair, replacement, and return” (referred to as “three guarantees”), please keep the three packs of certificates or purchase invoices after purchasing WANWAY products.
Three Guarantees Rights: WANWAY After-sales Service Commitment: Strictly implement the after-sales three-package service in accordance with the “Consumer Rights Protection Law” and the “People’s Republic of China Product Quality Law”, within the replacement period, the device that meets the replacement policy, The cost of exchanges and logistics generated by the replacement will be borne by our company. The contents of the service are as follows:
1. During the replacement period, the device that meets the replacement policy will be replaced by the logistics costs incurred by our company.
2. Within 1 year from the date of receipt of the goods, if the product occurred quality problems, and it’s confirmed by WANWAY after-sales service center or authorized service center, and there’s no damage to the product performance or appearance caused by human factors. You can choose to repair or replace the same. For WANWAY products with the same specifications, please keep the outer packaging, accessories, invoices, manuals and warranty cards without loss.

2. Replacement Policies and Process Abroad

If there are any quality problems, we provide one-year replacement guarantee. After receiving the fault device from clients, we promise to send a new one in the next order package. The specific replacement policy is as follows:
1. Dead on arrival
Within 15 days upon shipment receipt, if the product occurred functional problems, poor performance, appearance damages or accessories missing, we will send new packages for replacement.
2. Performance failure due to non-artificial damages
Within 1 month from the date of device activation (the latest activation time should be no later than 6 months after shipment), if the device occurred performance failure due to non-artificial damages, and it’s confirmed by our service center with good appearance, we will provide free replacement of the device (accessories not included).
3. Within 1 year from the date of shipment, if the device occurred performance failure due to non-artificial damages, we will provide free replacement of the main board.
4. If accessories occurred performance failure due to non-artificial damages (1 month guarantee for power cable), we will provide free replacement of the accessories.
5. It’s recommended to scrap the device directly under following conditions, and we will not provide with any guarantees.
(1) Damage caused by modification or repair without our authorization
(2) Water intake, broken or printed circuit board burned
(3) Damage caused by improper installation, use, maintenance and storage
(4) Destruction of the display screen, built-in antenna or other components when using
(5) Damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, etc.)
